You may use the commission as icon/profile picture with credit in your bio.

A watermarked, low-resolution version of the commissioned piece will be provided for you to post online, should you wish to post it online.

I can only do my art style. Please do not ask me to copy/mimic a different artist's art style.

I may or may not post your commissions online.

I have the right to respectfully decline a commissions that I am not able or comfortable to do.

Payments will be done after I have accepted the commission.

To avoid any potential conflict and to protect both the artist and the client, payments can be paid either Upfront (paid in full) or Half and Half (50% down payment).

Commissions must be paid in full or at least half paid before I start sketching.

For the Half and Half option, The first 50% payment is strictly paid upfront before I start sketching and the remaining 50% must be paid before I finish the commission.

Mode of payments: Gcash, PayMaya, BDO, and BPI.

Maximum two (2) revisions per illustration are allowed.

If you exceed more than two (2) revisions, there will be an additional costs and will be discussed privately.

Creating a illustration usually takes 1 day to 2 months to finish depending on how much details and complexity it has.

If you have a deadline or need to finish the commission in less than a week, there will be a rush fee and this fee will be discussed privately.

I have the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media unless you specifically ask me to keep it in private or if there is a specific date for me to post it (ex. birthdays, release dates, etc.).

I have the right to use your commission as commission samples.

NO AI. Do not use my artworks to train AI.

NO NFTs. Do not convert or use any commissioned artwork into Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).

You are not allowed to remove my watermark. Unless it's for a collaborative work or for commercial use.

Commissions are strictly non-refundable once I've started sketching. Please think about it thoroughly before applying for a commission.

You may request for refund if I am unable to start the commission within 3 months.

In the event that I’m unable to finish your commission due to unforeseen circumstances (personal reasons, etc.), payment for the remaining 50% of your commission will not be required. This applies to those who opted-in for Half-Half as your payment type. For those who opted-in to pay in full, I will refund half of the amount paid.

Additional characters and complicated detail fees will be discussed privately through DMs or e-mail.

Deadline/Rush Fee - if you have a deadline or need to finish the commission in less than a month. This fee will be discussed privately.

Revisions - If you exceed more than 3 revisions, there will be an additional cost of 100 PHP per revision.

It usually takes me 1-2 business days to review all forms before sending a confirmation email to all applicants.

An order code will be included in your order confirmation, once received. This order code will be your point of reference/ tracking number moving forward.

Once I reach five (5) orders, the remaining will be placed on wait-list. This only applies if you have opted-in to be placed on wait list in your commission form.

Please do not send payments until you have received an invoice or payment form from me to avoid any possible inconveniences.

Once you receive my confirmation email, you will need to submit a payment form which will be provided through DMS or e-mail.
